NOTE: doppio CD che ci presenta due spettacoli registrati a Las Vegas in modo amatoriale, ma dall’ottima resa sonora: dinner show del 3 febbraio 1970 (in precedenza emesso in “Have some fun tonight” dalla “Memory Records” nel 2002) e il dinner show del 5 febbraio dello stesso anno (disponibile nel CD del 1992 “C C Rider”, su etichetta “Elvis Presley Live Collection”, in quello del 2002 “International eartquake”, della “Memory Records”, ed in quello del 2001 della “Kristal Records” intitolato “Sheik of the desert”).
Inutile dire che l’artwork della “Straight Arrow” è come al solito molto bello e che il sound è migliorato rispetto alle edizioni citate poc’anzi.
Ambedue gli spettacoli furono registrati da Rick Rennie e possiamo ascoltare Elvis al top della forma, in shows che non hanno nulla che ci fanno annoiare!
D’altronde il periodo del febbraio 1970 “non può sbagliare”.
