STORIA DELLA CANZONE: “Snowbird” fu registrata per la prima volta nel 1970 da Anne Murray. La sua versione raggiunse l’8° posto della Hot 100 di Billboard e vendette oltre un milione di copie (raggiunse anche il 13° posto nella classifica australiana).
Nel 1971, Chet Atkins vinse un Grammy Award per la sua versione strumentale di “Snowbird” e, sempre nello stesso anno, il compositore Mac Lellan la registrò a sua volta.
