Jorgensen, uno dei massimi esperti di Elvis, nel suo libro “A life in music”, sostiene che sia “Let’s forget about the stars” che “Charro” siano state registrate vocalmente il 25 e 27 novembre 1968. La data del 15 ottobre sarebbe stata quella della registrazione delle parti ritmiche.
