Triplo CD in confezione digipack della dimensione di 5″ che ci fa ascoltare altrettante registrazioni dal vivo tratte dal mixer del tecnico (soundboards) al Sahara Tahoe Hotel di Stateline, Nevada, località nota nche come Lake Tahoe:
19 maggio 1974, dinner show / 20 maggio 1974, midnight show / 25 maggio 1974, midnight show.
Nessuna di esse aveva mai visto la luce in nessuna forma, prima d’ora anche se alcune canzoni erano già state pubblicate dalla stessa FTD in “High Sierra”: dello spettacolo del giorno 19, avevamo ascoltato “Steamroller blues”, “Spanish eyes” e “How great Thou art”, mentre da quello del giorno 25, erano già state pubblicate “Johnny B. Goode” e “I’m leaving”.
Gli spettacoli nell’atmosfera intima del Sahara Tahoe Hotel sono sempre stati qualcosa di speciale per Elvis e, a dire il vero, migliori di quelli che si tenevano nell’eccentrica Las Vegas lo stesso anno.
